We stand behind every pair we sell. Thanks to our Open Box Protocol Active Delivery, you already inspect the sneakers before paying. But if something's not right after you take them home, we've got you covered with a fair and straightforward policy.

Our Return & Refund Policy At Lottery Bazaar, we want you to love your purchase. We accept returns and refunds under these conditions to keep things simple, fair, and Pakistan-focused.
1. Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- This gives you plenty of time to try them on indoors, check fit, and decide.
- Requests after 7 days may not be eligible (exceptions for major defects – see below).
2. What Can Be Returned? Eligible items include most sneakers and shoes purchased from us, provided they meet these requirements:
- In the same condition as delivered (unworn outdoors, no damage from use, no missing tags/laces/box if included).
- Original packaging intact where possible.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation/email or invoice).
Not eligible for return/refund/exchange (Final Sale items):
- Items marked as "Final Sale", "Clearance", or "No Return" on the product page.
- Worn or damaged due to customer use (beyond normal indoor try-on).
- Personalized/custom items (if any).
- Sale/discount promotional items (unless defective).
- Hygiene-related products (e.g., certain insoles or socks if opened).
3. Reasons for Return
- Doesn't fit or feel right (size exchange preferred where stock allows).
- Not as described (wrong colorway, condition mismatch, missing extras).
- Defective/damaged upon arrival (even after open-box inspection – rare, but we cover it).
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days via:

- Or log in to your account → Orders → Request Return.
- Provide: Order number, photos of the item (showing condition/tags), and reason.
- We'll review and send return instructions (usually ship back to our Islamabad warehouse or arrange local pickup if nearby).
- Once we receive and inspect the item (usually 2–5 business days), we'll process your refund or exchange.
5. Refund Details
- Refunds issued to original payment method (bank transfer, JazzCash/EasyPaisa, card if applicable) within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping fee is non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error, e.g., wrong item sent).
- Return shipping: Customer pays unless the issue is our fault (wrong size sent, defective, etc. – we'll cover it).
- For exchanges: If size/color available, we'll swap at no extra cost (you may pay difference if upgrading).
- Partial refunds possible if item has minor issues but still usable.
6. Special Notes for Open Box Protocol Customers Since you already open and check before paying, most issues are caught upfront. If something changes after (e.g., you notice a hidden flaw later or it just doesn't suit after try-on), the 7-day window still applies. This extra layer makes shopping risk-free!
7. Defective or Wrong Item? If the sneakers arrive damaged, defective, or not matching the listing (despite our verification), contact us immediately. We'll arrange a full refund + cover return shipping. Your satisfaction is our priority.
