Terms & Conditions – Lottery Bazaar

By accessing or using our website (www.lotterybazaar.pk or any related mobile app), placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. General Information Lottery Bazaar is an online resale and retail platform operated from Islamabad, Pakistan. We facilitate the sale of authentic new, pre-owned, and comfort/orthopedic footwear from brands including Nike, Adidas, HOKA, New Balance, Under Armour, and more.

We emphasize transparency through our Open Box Protocol Active Delivery: You inspect items before payment in most cases. All products are hand-verified for authenticity to the best of our ability.

2. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our site and make purchases.
  • You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., no hacking, spamming, uploading viruses, or posting false listings).
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these terms.
  • All content (photos, descriptions, prices) is for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly permitted.

3. Orders & Purchases

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy; we accept it upon confirmation (via email or order status update).
  • Prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
  • Stock is limited; we may cancel orders if items are unavailable (full refund issued).
  • Payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other local options.
  • Title to goods passes to you upon full payment and delivery acceptance.

4. Open Box Protocol & Delivery

  • For eligible orders, delivery personnel allow you to open and inspect the product before payment.
  • You must inspect for authenticity, condition, and completeness at delivery. Once paid, the sale is generally final except as per our Returns policy.
  • Delivery times: 2–7 business days nationwide (faster in Islamabad/Rawalpindi). Tracking provided where available.
  • Shipping fees displayed at checkout; free shipping thresholds may apply.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery acceptance.

5. Product Authenticity & Condition

  • We strive for 100% authentic products through manual checks (tags, stitching, soles, etc.).
  • Conditions graded honestly: Excellent, Premium, Very Good, etc., with real photos and details provided.
  • Minor variations (e.g., factory glue marks on new items) are normal and not defects.
  • We are not liable for normal wear/tear post-purchase.

6. Intellectual Property All website content (logos, images, text) is owned by Lottery Bazaar or licensed. You may not copy, reproduce, or use without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide services "as is" without warranties beyond those stated.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
  • Maximum liability limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) excuse non-performance.

8. Governing Law & Disputes These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad.
